Lam Pao Dam is a large reservoir of Kalasin province. It connects with many
districts in the province. Amphoe Sam Chaiis close to the upper area of the dam.
There is a stream fiowing from Phu Phan mountain range, this causes the plenty
of aquatic animals. People in Tambon Kham Sang Thiang are fishing in this area.
Especially, In the period of water overflow, a lot of people from many places come
to catch fish and other aquatic animals,
