จังหวัดใกลเคียง น้ำในบึงมีสีดำ เพื่อใหตรงกับชื่อกาฬสินธุ
The pond, grass, and cloud represent the symbols of moisture and
fertility in the region. Mountains at the horizon are the borders between it
and the neighboring provinces. The black water in the pond refers to the
name “Kalasin”
